DAVID FUNT, MD

Dr. David Funt attended college at Emory University where he received his Bachelor of Science degree (in 1975) and was a member of Phi Beta Kappa.  He graduated (in 1979) with his medical degree from New York University Medical School where he was inducted into Alpha Omega Alpha, the National Medical School Honorary Society.

Dr. David Funt trained at the University of Miami-Jackson Memorial Hosptial from 1979 to 1982 whre he completed his Internship and Medical Residency in Internal Medicine.  He then completed his Cardiology Fellowhip at Boston University and Boston City Hospital in 1984.

Dr. David Funt has been practicing cardiology for over 23 years in Boca Raton, Florida.  He is on staff at West Boca Medical Center and Delray Medical Center.  He has been Chief of Medicine at West Boca Medical Center and has served on the Board of Governors.

Dr. David Funt is Board Certified in both Internal Medicine and Cardiology.  He is a Fellow of the American Board of Cardiology.  He is a member of the Palm Beach Medical Society and American Medical Society.  His interest include clinical, general and preventive cardiology.

Dr. David Funt also volunteers his time at the Caridad Center for migrant workers.  Dr. Funt was born and raised in Long Island, New York.  He is married and has three sons.


JAY BAKER, MD

Jay Baker, M.D. received this Bachelor of Science degree from Michigan State University.  He received his medical degree from New York Medical College in 1985.  Dr. Baker trained at Montefiore Hospital at Albert Einstein College of Medicine where he completed his Internship and Residency in Internal Medicine in 1988.  He completed his Cardiology Fellowship at Westchester County Medical Center, New York Medical College in 1990.

Dr. Jay Baker joined Cardiology Associates of Boca Raton in 1991.  He has served as Chief of Staff and as member of the Governing Board at West Boca Medical Center.  He has actively served as a member of numerous medical organizations including Palm Beach County Medical Society and the American College of Cardiology.  He is an active member of the medical staff at West Boca Medical Center and Delray Medical Center.

Dr. Jay Baker is Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Cardiology and Nuclear Cardiology.  He is a Board Certified member of the American Society of Nuclear Cardiology.  He is presently a fellow of the American College of Cardiology.  His areas of interest include clinical cardiology, nuclear cardiology, lipid management, and preventative cardiology.

Dr. Jay Baker was born in Brooklyn, New York in 1959 and has been in practice with Cardiology Associates since 1991.


STEVEN COLETTI, MD

Steven Coletti, M.D. received his bachelor degree of science from Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana, where he received the Cagle Memorial prize for outstanding biological research and graduated Summa Cum Laude in 1985.  He received his medical degree from the University of Florida College of Medicine in 1989.

Dr. Steven Coletti completed his Intership and Residency in Internal Medicine at the University of Miami - Jackson Memorial Hospital, and VA Medical Center from 1989 to 1992.  He completed his Cardiology Fellowship and an additional one year Fellowship in Interventional Cardiology at the University of Miami from 1992 to 1996.

Dr. Steven Coletti is board certified in Internal Medicine, Cardiology, and Interventional Cardiology.  He is a member of various professional organizations and is a fellow of the American College of Cardiology.  He has received various achievement awards and has been recognized by various institutions including being awarded Physician Of The Year by West Boca Medical Center.

Dr. Steven Coletti practices both clinical and interventional cardiology.  He performs additional specialized procedures including transesophageal echocardiogram, as well as catheter-based procedures including diagnostic cardiac catherizations, percutaneous balloon angioplasty, rotational atherectomy, coronary stenting, and intravascular ultrasound.

Dr. Steven Coletti joined Cardiology Associates of Boca Raton in 1996.  He is an active member of the medical staff at West Boca Medical Center and Delray Medical Center.  Dr. Coletti was born in Seaford, New York in 1963.  He has resided in Florida since 1969.


RONALD GABOR, MD

Ronald Gabor, M.D. has his roots in Canada where he received his undergraduate degree in Biochemistry at McGill University in Montreal.  He also holds a Masters Degree in Neuroscience from that same institution.  He pursued his medical education at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine in the Bronx, New York.  Subsequenlty, he completed his internship and residency in internal medicine at the Jacobi Medical Center in the Bronx in 1995.  He moved to Florida that year to pursue his cardiology training and fellowship at the University of Miami at Jackton Memorial Hosptial in 1998.  Dr. Gabor is board certified in Cardiology.

Dr. Ronald Gabor joined Cardiology Associates of Boca Raton in 1999.  He is an active member of the medical staff at West Boca Medical Center and Delray Medical Center.

Dr. Ronald GAbor has a particular interest in echocardiography and is the Medical Director of the Echo Laboratory at Cardiology Associates of Boca Raton.  His other clinical interests include acute and chronic management of congestive heart failure, valvular heart disease and preventive cardiology.

Dr. Ronald Gabor has served on multiple committees at the West Boca Medical Center including the Medical Management Committee for seven years.  He has lectured frequently in the community on behalf of West Boca Medical Center at various outreach centers regarding curent advances and updates in Cardiovascular Medicine.  Dr. Ronald Gabor is fluent in French, Hebrew and Hungarian.  He looks forward to addressing all of your cardiovascular needs and concerns.

CONSTANCE FIELDS, MD

Constance Fields, M.D. received her Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Florida.  She received her medical degree from Northwestern University Medical School in Chicago, Illinois in 1982.

Dr. Constance Fields trained at Rush-Presbyterian-St. Luke's Medical Center in Chicago, Illinois completing her internship and residency in internal medicine and her first cardiology fellowship.  She then went on to studying interventional cardiology at Tufts-New England Medical Center Boston, Massachusetts.  While there she participated in many research projects and co-authored several scientific papers.  She continued on as an assistant professor in interventional cardiology at St. Elizabeth's Hospital, an affiliate of Tufts-New England Medical Center, in Brighton, Massachusetts.

Dr. Constance Fields joined Cardiology Associates of Boca Raton in 1993.  She is an active member of the medical staff at West Boca Medical Center and Delray Medical Center.  She is Board Certified in Internal medicine and in Cardiology.  Dr. Constance Fields is also a Fellow of The American College of Cardiology and other medical organizations in Florida.
